Regular User card kit

Use this kit to permit an additional user to use your computer. A Regular User can use all the features of OtaniumSuite, except administrative functions (such as adding users, disabling OtaniumSecure security, installing/uninstalling the software).

Regular User token
Use this token for each user you want to give access to your notebook or desktop computer protected with OtaniumSuite. The token plugs into a USB slot, and eliminates the need for an external smartcard reader.
This token can also be initialized/configured as an Emergency token, for backup use if you lose your Primary User or Regular User token.

Entrust ready smartcard
This smartcard is initialized for use with OtaniumSuite PKI in Entrust environments. Cannot be used to install/administer OtaniumSuite.

Emergency Card

The Emergency Card is an OtaniumSuite backup card to logon and decrypt your files, in case you lose your User card.

Readers, Keyboards and Adapters

Use a Smart card reader USB keyboard from Dell, with the OtaniumSuite Pro or PKI kit, to implement security on your desktop. This unit replaces your regular keyboard.

Use a smart card USB reader, with the OtaniumSuite Pro or PKI kit, to implement security on your desktop or notebook. Use with your regular keyboard on your desktop.

Use a smart card PCMCIA reader, with the OtaniumSuite Pro or PKI kit, to implement security on your notebook.

Use a smart card PCMCIA passive adapter, with the OtaniumSuite Pro or PKI kit, to implement security on your smartcard-enabled notebook, if it does not have a dedicated smartcard slot. Eg, Many Fujitsu notebooks, and certain H-P notebooks.

We do NOT recommend using Serial port smart card readers, since they are not compatible with many computers. However, desktops running Windows NT4 can only use serial port readers.
