| 2. Insert the OtaniumSuite PKI
software CD into the CD-ROM to auto-run the setup or navigate
to the appropriate directory on the CD and double-click on setup.exe.
The Installation program
will be able to detect the reader driver, verify the type and
version number, and proceed to install the OtaniumSuite PKI
Application. |

Click
Next to go to the License Agreement page. |

| 3. Read
the License Agreement. |
 |
| Click
Yes to continue with the installation. If you do not agree
with the Agreement, click No to quit the installation process. |

| 4. Choose
the destination location to install the Application by entering
the full path or click Browse and select the desired directory. |

Click Next to copy all the files to the
selected destination location
and finish the Installation process. |

| 5. The
SmartCard Registration process begins. Enter personal information
to be registered as the Primary User of the system. OtaniumKey
will use this information for Auto Fill–in. All fields
with an * must be filled. |

Click
Next to save the Primary User’s personal information
in the system. |

| 6. Enter the Windows Logon information
so that OtaniumSuite PKI can automatically log you on to Windows
from now on. |

Click
Next to save the Primary User’s Windows Logon information
to the SmartCard.
Note: If the Windows Logon information is invalid, the Application
will still be installed but the user needs to update this information
on the SmartCard later (Main UI > SmartCard Manager > User
Info). |

| 7. Insert
the SmartCard and enter the SmartCard Password. |

Click
Next to save the SmartCard Password to the SmartCard. If this
SmartCard has been previously registered, the user will be
prompted to enter the Old SmartCard Password. |

| 8. The
SmartCard has been initialized with the Primary User’s
SmartCard Password and Windows Logon information. |

Click
OK to finish the SmartCard Registration process. |

| 9. The
user will be prompted to create an Emergency Card/Diskette.
The Emergency Card/Diskette can later be used to access the
system in case of loss or damage to the SmartCard. |

Click
Yes to create the Emergency Card/Diskette or No to skip. |

10. Select Emergency Card and
insert the SmartCard labeled 'Emergency
Card', or select Emergency
Diskette and insert a diskette into the floppy drive. |

Click
Next. |

| 11. Enter
the password for the Emergency Card/Diskette. |

Click
Next to proceed to create the Emergency Card/Diskette. |

| 12. The
user will be prompted to reboot the computer to activate the
OtaniumSuite PKI Application. |

Remove
any diskette from the floppy drive click Finish to restart. |
